Bad news, amigo. Jefe heard on the radio that a TV crew film' your latest escapade. I call you when I find out where they are. Caray! FOUR TV vans are cruisin' the city. We don' know which has the film, so get rid of them all! Richman is the nearest!

Tequila Slammer - Phone 2: Mission 2 is a mission in Grand Theft Auto available during San Andreas Chapter 2: Tequila Slammer, given to the protagonist by El Burro. The mission is a continuation of the first mission available from the second phone (from the top) in north Telephone Hill in San Andreas, and begins immediately after completing or attempting it.

Description[]

Immediately after killing El Burro's disloyal worker Paco, the protagonist is informed that one of El Burro's men, Jefe, has heard on the radio that a TV crew has filmed the protagonist's latest escapade. El Burro narrows the search to at least four TV Vans but cannot pinpoint which is the exact crew, so he orders the protagonist to destroy all four. The protagonist has just over 5 minutes to locate the vans and destroy them. The first one is in north Eagleside (although the dialogue says Richman), the second in northeast Woodside, the third in southeast Sunview and the fourth is in southwest Sunview.

All four vans must be destroyed in the time limit in order to complete the mission. The order of destroying the TV Vans does not matter, the player can start with the fourth one (which is the closest); although you don't receive any information yet about its location, you can easily identify it: it's the one in the right lane at the Southwest corner of the six-lane highway, heading for North. (You also can hijack it, destroy all the other TV Vans, and finally the one which you have hijacked, if you want to keep the order.)

If the player fails to destroy all the TV Vans in time, not only will the mission be failed, but a wanted level of four heads is also immediately obtained due to the film being broadcast.

Reward[]

The player is awarded 50,000 points and a +1 score multiplier for completing the mission.
