Phone 17 - Part 1 is a mission in Grand Theft Auto 1 given to The Protagonist by El Burro. The mission is available from the Top Phone in North Telephone Hill in San Andreas.
Mission
Once the mission is triggered, El Burro tells the protagonist that he has a job for them, and says to head to Central Eagleside and answer the phone there. Once there, the protagonist is told that someone is using buses to bring people across the border illegally. Burro is unhappy about this as it is eating into his profits.
