Rename
As there appears to be no other game where Stock Car Racing appears, "(GTA V)" should not be in a article title. Anyone thinking the opposite should post their own opinion as well.

Repeatable?

Yes, but it's unnecessary. As soon as you unlock the car by winning it, it will always be available in the garage special vehicles menu (right D pad). You don't need to manually store it or worry about destroying it. You should even be able (I haven't tested this) to access it from the list, modify it at LSC, drive it back in to the garage (i.e. store in one of the 4 save slots) and immediately select a new "stock" version from the special vehicles list to drive away in and repeat this 4 times if you want.
