It's not true, as there was a Latin Music radio in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories: the Radio Espantoso. Most of the add-on songs from TGOBT are still by Puerto Rican artists. Only "Guallando" by Fulanito and "El Desprecio" by Aventura are Dominican songs.

It should have just been a Salsa station instead...
- I completely agree with you. I think Salsa has influenced New York City (or is regarded more historically) than reggaeton. Bringing "old-school" Salsa back especially from Puerto Rican artists, since Radio Espantoso featured music from other artists mainly from Cuba and Central/South America, would have been a way better idea than this.
