Design Gallery

I really love this plane and added the pictures to the design gallery but I am not sure if it has been done correctly. Can someone please take a look at this? Thanks.

The images are OK and do follow the Image Policy, however I feel the images do not represent the vehicle in proper perspective - i.e, they are cropped too much. It is important to retain the full 16:9 ratio and thus full resolution, no cropping necessary. Please read thoroughly the GTA Wiki:Manual of Style/Vehicles/Design Galleries to ensure you fulfill this. Thanks! Monk Talk 17:57, August 31, 2017 (UTC)
The images tend to be a little too cropped, but other than that, they seem better than just okay. I would also question the authoritative mention of a seemingly capricious guideline, probably made up by a small group of members without asking anyone else, which demands that vehicles have to be photographed on the skateboard ramp. iamxaml (talk) 18:44, August 31, 2017 (UTC)
The reason for such tight guidelines is to ensure consistency, but also to befit the Gallery template - differently sized images cause problems in the spacing between images naturally, and therefore make pages unnecessary longer, and the gallery itself appears messier. Land vehicles are expected to be photographed on the ramp, again to maintain consistency, but also because the location is plain, and not distracting - larger vehicles go to the LSIA, because of the large open space, while aircraft typically suit air shots, so long as the background is in no way distracting - some of of Entershikari535's shots, particularly the underside shots, are very messy as the background is a distraction. Also, some of their shots are not perfectly aligned - for example, the "side-on" shot wasn't a complete side on, and some of the details in front of the wing were not captured in this side on shot.
If you would like to dispute the guidelines, do so on the page itself - the guidelines were created as part of the official policy and Manual of Style, and were discussed as part of a community. Monk Talk 19:05, August 31, 2017 (UTC)

actualy, the wings and fuselage are from the T27 Tucano, the propeller are fron the Short Tucano and the canopy is from the T29/A29 Super Tucano. i don't see anything from the Texan in this plane.Marvyn7 (talk) 22:14, October 3, 2017 (UTC)
