Just wondering, where did Tarnell got his names exactly? I don't remember seeing "Tarnell" in the credits, nor is it mentioned in the game. Directive255 (talk) 10:44, December 16, 2016 (UTC)

Both Troy (GTA SA) and Tarnell names were claimed by the author to be names visible in San Andreas PS2 Multiplayer. :While it is true the players can select one of these two NPC models as Player 2's character, there is nothing I have found (original PS2 version) that indicates any names for the models in this mode. This appears to be a work of fanfiction and the pages should be renamed Fam1 and Fam2. Some history checks:
Seems pretty clearly fanon to me. Smurfy: illuminate - communicate - spectate 02:12, February 21, 2019 (UTC)

The name Tarnell come from the server of GTA San Andreas Multiplayer back in the day, for the beginning of my fanon game i decide name Fam1 an Fam2 as Troy and Tarnell Jefferson with a story that follow the epilogue of GTA San Andreas, and the reason i have made a reboot of the fanon series is that because i have lost all data of the the game that's why i started a reboot of the fanon game.

Thanks for the confirmation, while I applaud the quality of your Fanon and the fact your names became so commonly used for the 2 character models, I'm sure you'll understand why they are being purged from this wiki. Smurfy: illuminate - communicate - spectate 09:50, February 21, 2019 (UTC)
