When driving my Dubsta2 or any other vehicle, I have never seen any other Dubsta2's spawn in traffic or parked. I have heard a single claim that one spawned naturally at the LS Customs in Burton after Ill-Gotten Gains Part 1. I have also heard many more of people searching for days or weeks with no luck. |

Dubsta2 in PC
Seen and sold this week.
I have seen it once on PS4, but did not grab a screen cap and cannot recall if it was before or after heists update. From memory, there are very limited scenarios in which it wall spawn on the road, time of day, class of vehicle being driven.
