Tahir was an Arab working for Yusuf Amir along with Ahmed Khaleel.
Events of The Ballad of Gay Tony[]
Tahir and Ahmed had set up a meeting with Yusuf at the tourist cleared observation deck of Rotterdam Tower, but when Luis Lopez showed up in his place and walked into a NOOSE trap they had set up in order to take control over Yusuf's property business, Tahir was thrown from the observation deck by Luis and fell to his death, landing onto a Taxi.
