Tahir Javan's House is a property in San Andreas appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.

Description[]

Exterior[]

The property is on the Chumash beachfront on Ineseno Road. It is a modern executive-style home on three levels. A short driveway leads to a double garage and the east-facing front entrance on the ground floor. On the south side there is an external doorway onto a small deck area. An access on the north side leads past another side door to a stairway down to the beach on the west side where the timber stilt foundations can be seen under the home. There are deck terraces on all levels: on the ground floor for one southwestern room facing west; on the second level two separated balconies facing east and two more facing west; while the top level has a large deck wrapping around the east, north and west sides. There is no external access up to the second or third level decks. The roof is flat and has a large satellite dish and an array of 6 solar panels. Access down to the third level deck can be obtained by landing a helicopter or parachuting on to the roof. Access to the second level east decks can be gained by climbing on a vehicle parked close to the building. Random NPCs may spawn on the decks during normal gameplay.

Interior[]

The interior is not visible outside of missions as the east facing windows are covered by blue Venetian blinds.

As soon as By the Book is triggered by Steve Haines' phone call, the blinds are removed and the interior of level two and three are visible and accessible to the player (before they travel to the warehouse where Ferdinand Kerimov is being held). After Michael De Santa and Dave Norton have coffee during the mission, the interior of the house becomes occupied by the attendees of the party, but it can no longer be accessed by Michael as the mission will fail as soon as he gets too close to the house and immediately reverts to the inaccessible version after the mission failure is cleared.

On the second floor, there are two externally-visible rooms: the southeastern room is sparsely furnished with a few chairs and a glass-topped dining table and a large green cabinet; the northeastern room contains a large boardroom-style table and chairs and a large flat-screen television is on the west wall flanked by tall speakers. There is also a large empty room behind these rooms on the west side that can be seen when entering the building on the second level. The main third level room contains a light colored corner sofa along with a side cabinet, a sculpture, and another large flat-screen TV and speakers on the north wall, and a coffee table which is only there during the party. There is a smaller empty room on the north side of the third level.
