Although the store has a detailed interior and Shoppers can be seen carrying T&A bags, the store is not accessible to Victor Vance and serves no purpose in the games storyline.
By 1986 (the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City), this store (along with T&A Men) appears to have gone out of business and has been replaced by a clothing store called Stitch up.
