The ice cream joint is located on Crockett Avenue in the Firefly Island neighborhood of the Liberty City borough of Broker. The establishment provides cotton candy, candy apples, soft ice cream, and lollipops. The building is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline.

It is modelled after an older design of Williams Candy.
