Sun, Sea and Chicanes is a Stunt Race featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of The Cayo Perico Heist update, released on May 27, 2021, during the Stunt Racing Week event. It is available for up to 16 players.
Description[]
The race is a 32 checkpoint long Lap race, default to 2 laps.
Once the race begins, the players continue down the straight and through a right-hand corner. After another short straight, they come to a left kink and then a long sweeping, right-hand corner, followed by a high-speed, left-right chicane leading the racers onto an elevated track piece; a strip of boost pads is also placed here. They jump from the elevated track onto a descending track piece. What follows is a relatively long straight and a long, 180-degree left-hand corner, after which the racers continue down a short straight and past two kinks.
Following the kinks, the racers continue down another straight, ending with a jump onto another track piece; a strip of boost pads is also placed before the jump. This is followed by a left-hand kink and a tight hairpin left-hander, after which the racers make their way past a slight right-hand corner. Following a short straight, they race through a square left-hander, leading them onto a straight piece of track, ending with a jump onto another track piece. The route then bends to the left, which is followed by a right kink and a tight, left-hand corner.
After the tight corner, the racers continue down the track, soon coming to a right-hand corner and a left-hander soon after. This is followed by a high-speed, right-hand corner, which leads them towards the start/finish line.
