Street Racers are a minor gang[1] appearing in Grand Theft Auto Online, first added in the Import/Export update.

Background[]
The Street Racers are an eclectic combination of various other gangs.
Their ten models were added in the Import/Export update and updated some generic pedestrian models as well as identifiable models from other gangs including:

Behaviour[]
They cannot be found outside their scripted mission appearances, although the original models they were based on can still be seen so may be confused for these gang members. Some of their vehicles can be seen in the LS Car Meet but they are not seen in attendance.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
They are commonly seen as chasers in various Free Mode missions, starting with Vehicle Cargo missions in the Import/Export update.
A member is the setter of the time the player has to beat in the Race Bet, and will text the player on their way to the finish line, where he will be found next to the source vehicle armed with a Baseball Bat. Multiple waves of them will then chase the player back to their Vehicle Warehouses.
All ten members will be the attendees of the Car Meet. The chasers in this job are the Aztecas, the Kkangpae or the Armenian Mob though.
When exporting a vehicle to a buyer with no opposing players present, up to four sets of two blue Sultan RSes with two male Street Racers in each will arrive to give chase.
In VIP Work, when transporting a Duke O'Death, Space Docker or Go Go Monkey Blista on the back of a Wastelander, Organizations will be chased by three sets of two vehicles, each containing two Street Racers.
After The Doomsday Heist update, during the Strombergs preparation for Act 2 of The Doomsday Heist, male members are seen in the cab of the Flatbeds or Wastelanders, with the passenger armed with a Micro SMG. Additional reinforcements will arrive in Banshee 900R and Sultan RS cars, attempting to stop the crew.
After the After Hours update, the male members attend open air Car Meets in Business Battles, along with members of the Street Punks and other civillians. More will arrive to give chase when the target vehicle is taken.
They will be transporting the Mamba in a Pounder Custom in a Business Battle and will give chase to recover it from the player.
After The Contract update, they steal a motorcycle from the Sprunk motorcycle Grand Prix team and are selling it to the Vagos who plan to export it from LSIA. More will arrive to give chase when the target motorcycle is taken.
After The Criminal Enterprises update, they can be one of the small-time operations that Yohan Blair identifies as moving illegal goods around the city in a Benson removals van. The van can finish up at their base on Spanish Avenue where reinforcements will arrive.
In The Chop Shop, they use NPC-owned Auto Shops as a front for their car-jacking ring operation. One of the six vehicles available in their Auto Shop is stolen to be used as a getaway vehicle during The Gangbanger Robbery finale.

There is no specific area that would be considered their turf, although they have a base of operations in West Vinewood opposite the Benefactor-Gallivanter Dealership on Spanish Avenue in 2022.
Influence[]
Their choice of vehicles and multi-ethnic character models and outfits are a clear reference to The Fast and Furious series and Dominic Toretto's Crew in particular.
