Beachfront Runner is a Street Race featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Tuners update. It is available for 2 to 8 players.
Description[]
The race is a 31 checkpoint long Lap race. Secondary routes are located between checkpoints 1–4, 8–13, and 18–21.
The starting grid is positioned on Boulevard Del Perro, facing south-west. When the race starts, the players continue to the end of this road, before turning left onto Bay City Avenue and then left again onto Marathon Avenue. Alternatively, the racer can choose to turn into an alleyway towards the end of Boulevard Del Perro and follow the secondary checkpoints until they merge with Marathon Avenue. The racers continue down this avenue for a short while, after which they turn right onto North Rockford Drive and then right again at the following junction.
Players continue on Red Desert Avenue, followed by a left turn onto Bay City Avenue at checkpoint 7. They briefly race on this downward slopping road, before turning left onto San Andreas Avenue and then back onto North Rockford Drive soon after. They pass the entrance to Richards Majestic and then turn left onto Marathon Avenue, quickly followed by a turn onto Prosperity Street. While still on San Andreas Avenue, players may also choose to turn onto and continue down the Prosperity Street Promenade, which serves as the second shortcut on this track – providing they can successfully tackle the narrow passage and the bumps, this route bypasses the other corners and leads directly onto Prosperity Street.
When the racers reach the end of this street close to the Hill Valley Church, they have to turn left and continue on West Eclipse Boulevard. They soon come to a left hairpin turn onto Playa Vista. The third and final shortcut on this track allows players to turn onto a narrow road from West Eclipse Boulevard, which leads up to the front of the Von Crastenburg Hotel and then merges with the primary route on Playa Vista. All players then continue onto Bay City Avenue, shortly after which the racers turn left onto Boulevard Del Perro. At the following junction, they turn left onto Liberty Street and then right onto Cougar Avenue at checkpoint 25.
The players continue down this uneven road, before turning left onto Morningwood Boulevard. They race down this descending road, before turning back onto Boulevard Del Perro and proceeding to the start/finish line further down this road.
