Back at the Rancho is a Street Race featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Tuners update. It is available for 2 to 8 players.
Description[]
The race is a 28 checkpoint long Lap race. Secondary routes are located between checkpoints 1–5, 6–9, and 19–23.
The starting grid is positioned on Jamestown Street, facing south-west. When the race starts, the players soon have to turn left onto Dutch London Street; barriers and other props are placed on the inside of the corner to prevent sizeable corner cutting. Almost immediately after the turn, the racers have the option to take either the standard route, which continues on Dutch London Street, or a shortcut leading past the Rancho Towers monument. Players taking the normal route have to turn left onto Carson Avenue, after which the two routes link up.
The players continue down a short straight section on Carson Avenue, followed by a right turn onto Roy Lowenstein Boulevard and a turn onto Macdonald Street at the next junction. This area features another shortcut, as the racers can turn into a narrow alleyway while still on Carson Avenue; the paths join on Macdonald Street. All of the players continue down the entirety of this road, after which they turn right onto Little Bighorn Avenue.
The route then continues around a factory in an anticlockwise fashion, after which the racers head back down Little Bighorn Avenue, passing underneath the Innocence Boulevard bridge, shortly followed by a tight left-hand turn onto Jamestown Street. They race down the windy portion of this street, after which they turn right onto Macdonald Street; alternatively, the players can briefly turn onto Innocence Boulevard at the first junction on Jamestown Street, and then into a winding alleyway leading onto Macdonald Street, serving as the third and last shortcut of the track.
Soon after, the racers turn left onto Roy Lowenstein Boulevard after passing the railway tracks, followed soon by another left-hand turn, where the players once again pass the railway tracks and continue down Carson Avenue. At the next junction, the players turn right and continue down Jamestown Street to the start/finish line.
