Behaviour[]
The randomly spawned members are not usually aggressive towards players outside mission scenarios, although Franklin Clinton may provoke aggression simply by standing around next to them or trying to talk to them.
Vehicles[]
Weapons[]
Turf[]
Members can be found randomly throughout San Andreas. Like other African-American gangs, they are more likely to be seen in South Los Santos, particularly around Maze Bank Arena, Strawberry and Davis.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
Street punks may be found robbing citizens in random encounters in Los Santos.
When switching characters to Franklin Clinton early in the game, he may be found with Lamar Davis in an altercation with two or more Street Punks, usually resulting in Franklin having to pull Lamar away.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
Street Punks (Set 2) attend a Car Meet with members of the Street Racers when the player has to take a target vehicle to restock their nightclub. They will fight back against the player, alongside the Street Racers.
Two Street Punks will be found randomly with a Drug Vehicle they have stolen from another gang; The Families, The Lost MC or Los Santos Vagos. The player can eliminate them and retrieve the vehicle for the other gang leader.
A group of Street Punks can be seen with a target at an arms deal with a SuperVolito Carbon and security members nearby. The gang members and the target's security will open fire at the player on sight, so the player can choose to either take out the additional enemies after killing the target or just leave the area.
Three of them are conducting a drug deal with four Fooliganz and the players take the Fooliganz out in an attempt to make Merryweather look good. The Street Punks will stay and fight alongside the Fooliganz against the players.
They later conduct multiple drug deals around town claiming to be the GTA Online Protagonist's Nightclub's official supplier, and Tony Prince orders their elimination and the destruction of their cocaine lockup.
