Like the main game Grand Theft Auto IV, unique vehicles also exist in The Ballad of Gay Tony. This list also includes special vehicles.
Note: Most of the vehicles can be seen only in the drugs wars side missions. Those specific vehicles can be easily obtained by stealing it and storing at a parking space.
Cars
Banshee
- A special dark Banshee with lime green stripes can sometimes be found during a Drug Wars mission.
- A blue Banshee with a black stripe and luster effect can sometimes be found during a Drug Wars mission.
- A special white Banshee with a black stripe can sometimes be found during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black Banshee with a white stripe can sometimes be found during a Drug Wars mission.
Blista Compact
- A blue Blista Compact with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A Blista Compact with Jamaican Colors can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- An all white Blista Compact can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A bronze Blista Compact with a golden color (bottom half) can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Buffalo
- Mori's unique red Buffalo can be obtained by killing him in any of his missions, or during the car race Luis can use his Buffalo in the mission "This Ain't Checkers" to complete the mission and when the mission ends, it can be kept.
- A blue Buffalo with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- Evan's blue Buffalo can be seen with Tony's car at the beginning of Bang Bang. It can be taken to a safehouse after mission completion or failure.
- A full black Buffalo can be seen during a Drug Wars mission. (Not to be confused with the FIB Buffalo)
- A black Buffalo with a green luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A deep red Buffalo can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Bullet GT
- A blue Bullet GT with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A green Bullet GT can be found during the Triathlon side missions or the player can use it to finish the race in This Ain't Checkers.
- A white and red Bullet GT can be found during the mission No. 3. In order to get this Bullet GT, the player can choose to drive away from Brucie and Mori and then park it at a parking space. However, this obviously will fail the mission.
Caddy
- The Caddy is only featured during Practice Swing during the single-player mode. In order to obtain this vehicle, players can just simply complete the mission in the Caddy, and then save it at a parking space.
- The Caddy with a special cage is also featured during Practice Swing. The only way to obtain it is to kill Rocco and Tony to fail the mission, then drive it to a parking space.
Cavalcade
- Armando Torres and Henrique Bardas drives a black Cavalcade with black rims, and Armando sells Luis weapons out of the trunk of this vehicle. This car is easily obtainable, as it is most often left in the street after the Drug Wars missions with Armando and Henrique. The player can also obtain it by killing the duo at the beginning of the missions Corner Kids and Clocking Off, however these lead to mission failures.
- A pure black Cavalcade with cargo boxes in the trunk can be seen in the mission Clocking Off. The player can only obtain it by failing the mission, otherwise it will permanently be in the garage after the mission passes.
Cavalcade FXT
- Some Cavalcade FXTs with unique lusters can be found in Practice Swing. They can only be obtained via failing the mission.
Comet
- A blue Comet with luster effect can sometimes be found in the Drug Wars side missions.
- In This Ain't Checkers, a special cream colored Comet is available among other cars during the race. The same Comet can again be found in Triathlons.
- In Ladies' Night, Patrick McReary drives a unique red Comet which can be stolen by landing the helicopter, killing Tony and then pushing the Comet to Niko's Alderney City safehouse.
- A special rich red Comet can sometimes be found in a Drug Wars mission.
- A special black Comet with a green luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A deep red Comet can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
F620
- A blue F620 with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission. It can also be seen on No. 3.
- A bright red F620 can be seen during Daisie's random encounter, it is parked nearby, Luis can keep the car after the mission.
Feltzer
- During Blog This!... Gracie owns a unique pink Feltzer. The player can simply push the car without harming Tony and Gracie to the Alderney Safehouse and then get back to complete the mission.
Flatbed
- There is a pink Flatbed not found anywhere in the game appears in Base Jumps. The player can just drive it off since the driver immediately flees when the player lands on ground.
Huntley Sport
- A blue Huntley Sport with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black Huntley Sport with a lime-green painted (top half) can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A metallic red Huntley Sport with sky blue painted (top half) can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A gold Huntley Sport with a metallic red painted (top half) can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A Huntley Sport with Jamaican Colors can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A white and grey Huntley Sport can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Manana
- Arnaud owns a unique gold and maroon Manana, seen is his second encounter. When the encounter passes, the player can keep the car.
Oracle
- A unique bright red Oracle can be seen during the mission Going Deep. After passing the mission, the player can take it to their safehouse. Replaying the mission to obtain the car however will make it disappear.
PMP 600
- A blue PMP 600 with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black PMP 600 Sport can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A grey PMP 600 Sport can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A white PMP 600 Sport can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Presidente
- A blue Presidente with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A white Presidente can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A modified Presidente driven by Koreans can sometimes be colored in black, along with a green luster effect, mostly appears in some Drug Wars missions.
Primo
- A blue Primo V8 Supercharged with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A Primo with Jamaican Colors can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A light yellow Primo with maroon painted (top half) can be seen during a Drug Wars mission. This is not confirmed in the PC version.
- A dark grey Primo can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Sabre GT
- A blue Sabre GT with a black stripe and luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black Sabre GT with a lime-green stripe can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Schafter
- An all black second generation Schafter is used by Anthony Prince as a private vehicle. The vehicle appears in most of his missions and can be saved after completions.
Sentinel
- A blue Sentinel with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black Sentinel with green rims can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- An all white Sentinel can be seen during a Drug Wars Mission.
- A black Sentinel with a green luster effect and black rims can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Slamvan
- TLAD Slamvans only appear during the second half part of Frosting On The Cake. To obtain one, the player must perform the Slamvan Trick. Main article: Slamvan.
Sultan RS
- A blue Sultan RS with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A graphite silver colored Sultan RS with a yellow-white top and trunk can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black and lime-green colored Sultan RS can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Sultan
- A blue Sultan with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars Mission.
- A black Sultan (with spoiler) can be seen during a Drug Wars Mission. (This Sultan can be found with either gold, or painted black rims).
- A unique all white Sultan can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Super Diamond
- A blue Super Diamond with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
SuperGT
- A blue SuperGT with a luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars convoy.
- A black SuperGT with a green luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A pure white SuperGT can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Tampa
- A blue Tampa with a luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black and green Tampa can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A white and black Tampa can be seen during a Drug Wars mission, usually in Hijack or Convoy missions.
Uranus
- A blue Uranus with a luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission, usually in Stash missions.
- A matte black Uranus with green rims can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A white Uranus can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black Uranus with green luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- LOZSPEED Uranuses also may come into the stated possible colors.
Voodoo
- A blue Voodoo with a luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black Voodoo with a green luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission, though very rarely.
- A gold Voodoo with a top half red paint job can be seen during a Drug Wars mission, though very rarely.
- A Voodoo with Jamaican Colors can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A Voodoo with an upside-down Jamaican Colors can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Boats
Dinghy
- The Dinghy can be found in multiple colors in Drug Wars.
- A blue Dinghy with a luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A black Dinghy can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Reefer
- A unique black Reefer can be seen in the mission Clocking Off, however it cannot be obtained legitimately.
Squalo
- A blue Squalo with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A green Squalo can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Aircrafts
Maverick
- A blue Maverick with luster effect can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A unique green Maverick can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A grey and white Maverick can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
- A dark black Maverick can be seen during a Drug Wars mission.
Skylift
- A Skylift can be obtained only after the mission For the Man Who Has Everything. The player needs to chase after Yusuf and kill him.
Swift
- Swift with side doors open can be obtained in the mission ...Blog This!. The player needs to kill Gay Tony and then The Celebinator.
- Swift with side doors closed can be obtained during the last Club Management mission where the player has to get the swift and pick up Bruce Spade. The player needs to fly and park in Niko's apartment in Algonquin or in Playboy's X Suite, have a car ready and as soon as when parking the Swift, set it up on fire and then drive away as fast as possible. Then, a Swift might be parked ready to use.
Bikes
Bati Custom
- The only time in TBoGT that the Bati Custom appears is during the Departure Time mission. Luis will have to clear funland to the point that the player has to race to the airport. The player can replay the mission from the phone and wait until the "Bulgarin has escaped." (mission failure) message appears. Now it is free to save the Bati to any parking space and Bati Customs will now appear in traffic.
Hakuchou
- The Hakuchou is a very rare vehicle or it does not normally appear on the streets, even if Luis rides around on other bikes it won't spawn, the only way to obtain it is by downloading a modded gamesave, modding and trainers but it is obtainable in The Lost And Damned.
Hellfury
- A blue Hellfury with a luster effect can be seen around the Holland Hospital Center. It is also common on Galveston Ave by the Burger Shot.
Hexer
- Johnny Klebitz's Hexer appears in the mission "Not So Fast". To acquire it, call a Fire Truck and then use its water cannon to push it to a nearby safehouse.
Lycan
- There is a unique black Lycan parked at Yusuf's Penthouse, however it cannot be driven by the player. It is possibly that the Lycan was cut from TBoGT, but it is driveable in TLAD.
Sanchez
- A black Sanchez appears in the mission Clocking Off, but can't be obtained without mission failure.
