Spaz Funbags is the DJ of Lithium FM in the Downtown District of Anywhere City in Grand Theft Auto 2. He is likely a member of the Loonies, and appears to be mentally insane, possibly suggesting that he suffers from schizophrenia. He mentions during his show that he doesn't like basketball. He has a personality and voice that resembles the Looney Tunes character Bugs Bunny. He was voiced by Fred Newman.
