Shimmer is a drug dealer in Liberty City, not affiliated with any gang.

Events of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars[]

Spaz appears as one of the many interactive dealers to be encountered by Huang Lee after being introduced to the drug dealing system in Tricks of the Triad. Spaz's drug dealing spot is located in City Hall.

Throughout the game, Spaz and other drug dealers send e-mails to Huang Lee regarding special deals when selling and buying drugs.
