The Spand Express is a delivery truck in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Design

The Spand Express is a variant of the Mule, displaying noticeable differences to the front fascia and a Spand Express delivery company livery. It is available in a variety of single colors applied to both the cab and the cargo hold.
Performance

Compared to the Mule, the vehicle has a lighter mass of 2400 kg / 5291 lbs (in contrast with the Mule's mass of 3500 kg / 7716 lbs), a slighty higher top speed of 150 kmh / 93 mph (compared to the Mule's top speed of 140 kmh / 87 mph), and better acceleration. It also has a front-wheel-drive layout, opposed to the Mule's rear-wheel-drive layout.

Prominent Appearances in Missions
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
- Jury Fury – One of the jurors will attempt to escape in their car after encountering Tommy, but consequently crashes into a Spand Express.
- Riot – Tommy has to destroy three marked Spand Express trucks, after starting a riot with the Spand Express workers at their HQ.
Locations
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
The Spand Express truck is notably rare, since it cannot be seen driving around the city, unlike the Mule. However, there are two specific opportunities to acquire a Spand Express, for the player to store in a garage:
- During the mission Jury Fury. After intimidating the juror at Ocean Beach, the truck will stay on the street indefinitely. The player can either take it to intimidate the other juror at Vice Point, or after completing the mission (if the juror at Vice Point was intimidated first).
- During the mission Riot, there will be three Spand Express' parked inside the Spand Express HQ lockup; first destroy the two mission-marked Spand Express trucks (next to the exploding barrel), then simply keep the remaining truck for yourself.
