It is a dock area located in the southeastern area of Flotsam, Downtown District, to the south of the Flotsam Fire-EMS Station. The area consists of five warehouse buildings and a car crusher, which can be used to obtain items and weapons.

The South Docks car crusher is used during two missions to kill the Yute Boss for Trey Welsh and dispose of a few stolen Taxis for Elmo.
