History

Background

Honorato was a hitman for the Lupisella Family, and according to the LCPD database, he died prior to 2008.

He was known to be a sexual deviant, and paid for his favorite lap dancer to go through medical school so that she could look after him during his stay in the hospital while he was recovering from a massive heart attack. He was thought to be responsible for the several dead bodies found in the West River with plucked eyebrows, and apparently killed a cardiologist who was in debt to him.

As such, he and Joe Corrola are unique in the way that they are the only characters in the LCPD database that are deceased at the beginning of the game.
