The associate is a member of the Forelli Crime Family, and is an associate of Forelli Crime Family Don Sonny Forelli.

Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]

The man only appears once in the storyline of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, during the opening cutscene, when he is seen talking to Sonny Forelli and his right-hand man in a backroom at Marco's Bistro about Tommy Vercetti's release from prison.

The man does not make any other appearances in the storyline and what became of him after the death of Sonny Forelli is unknown.
