He is Don Sonetti's unnamed lawyer and an associate of the Sonetti Crime Family.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
In 1997, after the GTA Protagonist blows up a police station in order to kill a corrupt police chief for Robert "Bubby" Seragliano, they find Sonetti's lawyer leaving a building while collecting their payment for the previous job from Tommy Romero.
They follow the lawyer throughout Hackenslash and eventually leads them to an alleyway where a group of Sonetti's men in the middle of a drug deal. All of Sonetti's goons, including the laywer, are killed by the protagonist.
