It is located on Cholla Springs Avenue in Sandy Shores, Blaine County, next door to the Windmill house.
It consists of a light blue single level permanently sited trailer home with a wood framed car port alongside. There are two doors on the west side with concreted steps. There is a "Beware of the dog" sign on the front. The Smack Shack name plate is on the north end and the east side of the home. The name likely refers to the manufacturer of the mobile home.
It is inaccessible to the player.
