With the help of Officer Vincent Effenburger, raid the cartel's operation in the Cluckin' Bell factory in Paleto Bay.
Vincent will provide the player with the whereabouts of up to four separate money laundering operation businesses in San Andreas. The player is tasked with clearing out the business and confiscating their freshly-printed cash from Wiwang washing machines for the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid and subsequent repeated raids.
Once the cash is collected, they should deliver the money to the abandoned FIB lockup being used by Vincent as his base of operations for the raid.
In subsequent raid replays, the mission begins at the abandoned FIB lockup.

Mission start.
Vincent comes out of the station advising the protagonist not to enter.
"But it's good to cross paths with you again, my friend."
"After head of security at the Diamond, this isn't exactly what I had in mind... but it's still a long way from a mall cop, right?"
Vincent tells the player not to worry about him arresting them.
He has a proposal for them to assist each other on a job he has planned, which his fellow police officers cannot be privy to.
Here's the reason...
Vincent points to Ahron Ward, a drug dealer across the street, selling drugs to Jimmy De Santa.
He informs them that Ahron has been dealing drugs in front of the Burger Shot outlet across the street from the police station ever since the previous decade.
The LSPD receives a cut of his profits to turn a blind eye...
...and the only reliable person he knows is the player.
He asks for assistance to take down a drug cartel operation in Paleto Bay, which deals in similar businesses as the player.
Vincent is only interested in putting an end to the LSPD's "protection racket".
He will provide them with intel for the raid planning.
One of Vincent's superiors calls him on the radio asking for coffee, also mocking his surname.
"Copy that. I'm on my way."
Vincent suggests them to get some funds to pull off this raid. He gives information on two money laundering gangs being protected by the corrupt LSPD.
"Time to do what you do. I'll call you."

- Ahron and Jimmy's cameo appearance is a recall to the mission Did Somebody Say Yoga? from Grand Theft Auto V, in which a drug deal between the two happens in front of the same Burger Shot outlet.
- Vincent's quote about the Burger Shot being Ahron's dealing spot for ten years is also a recall to Grand Theft Auto V, which is set in 2013, roughly a decade prior to The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid.
- In a dialogue, Vincent will reveal that the lockup was originally an undercover off-the-books property for the FIB. This is a recall to Lester Crest's original Contact Mission "Hack and Dash", in which the lockup is seen functioning as an active FIB lockup in 2013, GTA Online's initial timeframe prior to the Gunrunning update.
- An unused unique pedestrian model with mocap acting is placed offscreen during the start of the cutscene. He is referred to as a "Jaywalker" in the game files.[1]
- His unfinished mocap animation cutting as soon as he tries to cross the road, alongside his unused dialogue icon[2], indicates that Vincent would make a comment about this person jaywalking, to which he would respond back.
