To start the mission, the player must enter the Hunter at the Escobar International Airport after they have completed the mission Last Stand. This side-mission is required for 100% Completion.

- The name Skywolf is a reference to the 1980s TV show Airwolf, which centers on a heavily-armed, top-secret supercopter.
- The Barracks OL as targets are separate vehicles. They are called "Ammotruck" in the game files and use textures from Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
