Background[]

Roberts is a corrupt VCPD police officer working for Samuel Deever.

Events of Grand Theft Auto[]

In one mission, Deever has the player deliver a reward to Roberts in southeast Vice Beach. After receiving his pay, Roberts mentions that he needs more next time, since his wife wants "a new pair of tits".
