It is an auto repair and salvage business located on an entire town block bordered by Zancudo Avenue, Lolita Avenue, Algonquin Boulevard and Mountain View Drive in Sandy Shores, Blaine County.
The yard features several Wrecks along with shipping containers and open rubbish skips, but can also spawn active vehicles. Vehicles can also be seen parked in the parking lot. A Rottweiler guard dog usually spawns inside the yard and will attack the player in GTA V.
The name Seaton Sand's was a pre-release development name for Sandy Shores.
Their sign features a silhouette of a BF Injection.
On the north side of the building there are twin garage doors, one crudely marked with "Shore Bar" and there are tables and chairs and beer kegs scattered around in front of the doors indicating it may also serve as a drinking establishment.
