Mission Row Police Station is a setup mission for The Gangbanger Robbery, featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Chop Shop update.
Description[]
The mission is started at the Planning Computer inside the Salvage Yard, and is available after choosing one of the target vehicles available.
This mission is the first preparation needed for The Gangbanger Robbery. The player is tasked to photograph and identify a few points of interest and send the images to Jamal's phone so he can set up a planning board at the Salvage Yard.
Jamal instructs the player to scope certain areas of the Mission Row Police Station in order to plan King Tiny's jailbreak, who is a close friend of Jamal and will give a tip-off on the target vehicle they're after if they help him escape.
First, the player is instructed to go to the top of the parking lot across the street from the police station, where they can photograph two of the points of interest on the roof of the station – a Police Maverick and the ventilation units. They must also take a picture of the rear exit of the station, which can be photographed from the bridge nearby.
With the photos received, Jamal suggests the player acquire a Police Maverick and uniforms to get access to the police station roof without causing any suspicion. BZ Gas grenades are also added to the list, which can be thrown inside the air vents and knock down most of the police officers inside the station during the robbery. He suggests they should acquire some tactical gear to deal with the unaffected cops.
When receiving the picture of the rear exit of the station, Jamal tells the player that King Tiny knows the internal code to unlock that door, so it can be used to escape the station. He suggests they stash some weapons near the rear exit to protect King Tiny during the escape.
After the scoping is done, Jamal will tell the player to return to the Salvage Yard to see the planning board for The Gangbanger Robbery.
Once the mission is completed, the player does not need to do it again for any subsequent robbery replays. However, if the player wishes, they can repeat the mission as many times as they would like. Jamal will not give any further instructions in later attempts.
