Scientist Research Center is a landmark and laboratory in the neighborhood of Stromberg in the Residential District, Anywhere City, in Grand Theft Auto 2.

Description[]

The research center is located in the southeastern portion of Stromberg, and serves as the headquarters for Sex and Reproductive Systems (SRS), operated by the criminal organization known as the Scientists.

The area also features a car crusher crane and a small test drive course for the Scientists' vehicle prototypes, briefly used during Taxi Traitor Test!

The railway line runs through the facility, although the subway train does not stop in the area for civilians.

Events of Grand Theft Auto 2[]

Dr. LaBrat uses the payphones around the exterior of the facility to give Claude Speed missions to disrupt the Scientists' rival gangs.

Meanwhile, while working for the Zaibatsu Corporation, Speed disrupts the Scientists' operations multiple times.
