San Juan Sounds is a radio station in Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes from Liberty City. The station is hosted by Daddy Yankee in GTA IV and Henry Santos in EFLC. Each stand-alone game has an exclusive tracklist, but downloading The Ballad of Gay Tony for Grand Theft Auto IV updates the station with all songs.
The station is sponsored by the Las Fuego energy drink.

Exclusive to Grand Theft Auto IV. In Grand Theft Auto IV, Daddy Yankee is the station's DJ. Yankee is a pioneering Reggaeton artist, who was one of the founders of Reggeton in Puerto Rico in the early 1990s.

Santos is a member of the Bachata group Aventura, who appear on the playlist. Unlike the GTA IV rendition, the EFLC rendition plays in a continuous loop and contains no commercials.

- This is Luis Fernando Lopez's favorite radio station, as it plays inside his apartment.
- The station is named after the city of San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico, where Reggaeton music originated in the early 1990s before its mainstream success in the United States in the mid-2000s.
- In EFLC, this radio station replaces IF99 - International Funk as the station playing inside the South Bohan Safehouse.
- The song "Virtual Diva" by Don Omar was also featured in the 2011 video game, Saints Row: The Third on Kabron 104.2 radio station, which is considered by some to be a GTA Clone.
