Description[]
It is the impound lot of the San Andreas Police Department, located in the eastern portion of the Aye Valley neighborhood, adjacent to a Bomb Shop. A Squad Car can be used to pass through the gates and access the impound lot.

In 1997, during the events of the Mandarin Mayhem chapter, a representative of Uncle Fu's crime syndicate hires the GTA Protagonist to retrieve Yu Pong's impounded Portsmouth from the lot.
