Rupert is an American DJ/producer/engineer and The Black Madonna's studio partner in real-life. He can usually be found in the DJ Booth of the player's club whenever The Black Madonna is playing as the resident DJ.
Along with rest of The Black Madonna's entourage, Ryan H and Ryan S, Rupert's name is found assigned to his unique character model[1] in the game files.
