Events of Grand Theft Auto: London 1969[]
Tony is a pimp who ends up kidnapping one of his former girls who has begun working for Albert Crisp. The GTA London Protagonist rescues her before killing some of Tony's prostitutes. Tony then comes looking for the protagonist but is killed, with the pills in his car being taken to Albert and Archie Crisp.
