An easter egg in GTA Vice City features a picture of Reagan shooting a target drawn on a picture of Soviet Union President Mikhail Gorbachev. This easter egg can be found under the wall at the Ammu-Nation in Downtown Vice City. His smiling portrait can be seen in the flash version of the official GTA Vice City website.
