Richman is an affluent residential district in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Richman is located in northwestern Los Santos, west of Mulholland and north of Rodeo. It also borders two countryside counties, namely Red County (north) and Flint County (west).
Character[]
This neighborhood is based on Bel Air and parts of Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles. Like its real-life counterpart, Richman features many large, upscale mansions, some of them with swimming pools. It is usual to find high-class vehicles and sports cars being driven around in this area. Its name is likely meant to be a joke at the affluence of the area (this place in inhabited by rich men).
Events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas[]
Richman plays a very small role in the storyline of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, as it is primarily a residential district and there are no stores or safehouses located there. However, the land race Backroad Wanderer takes place in Richman and neighboring Mulholland exclusively.

Trivia[]
- It is possible to enter some of the mansions in Richman by activating the burglary missions from the black Boxville. However, the houses feature the same items that the player would find in any other house in any other part of the state.
