He is a resident of Vice City who performs bank robberies with a getaway driver named Richie.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
During the mission Bent Cop Blues - Phone 7, Richie's partner is pulling a bank job in Richman Heights and waiting for Richie to pick him up in his getaway car. However, the GTA Protagonist steals Richie's getaway car in order to kidnap the bank robber for Samuel Deever.
It is implied that Deever tortures and possibly kills him after he is delivered.
