Ricardo is an associate and informant of El Burro in San Andreas.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
Ricardo is one of the informants who notify El Burro of some buses being used to smuggle people across the border, with El Burro having the GTA Protagonist destroy them for business reasons. The protagonist later takes some money to Ricardo, Julio, Paulo and Manolito as payment for the information.
Ricardo is the last contact to be paid off, after Paulo, and is encountered in east Sunview. When he is encountered, however, he tells the protagonist about a police officer who is causing trouble for El Burro's gang and must be dealt with. He drives a blue Portsmouth.
