The Übermacht Rhinehart is a mid-size 4-door estate featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of The Criminal Enterprises update, released on October 13, 2022, during the Halloween 2022 (Week 2) event.
Influence[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The Rhinehart's design is mainly based on the BMW 3 Series Touring (G21), with the upper side bodyline and rear windscreen derived from the BMW 5 Series Touring (G31). The headlights are similar to the BMW 4 Series (G22). The front bumper seems to be inspired by the AMG versions of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W213), while the D-pillars are shaped quite similarly to those of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate (W212). The entire rear end seems to be predominantly based on the 2019 Škoda Octavia Estate.
Design[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The car assumes a rather conventional design with an aggressive styling. The front bumper is made up of a trapezium-shaped lower grille bearing black separations and larger intakes on the outer edges, with additional inset formations over the same lower grille and intakes. Above the bumper there is a mesh upper grille that is surrounded by black trimming, while the outer portions house wide headlamps, consisting of outer modern strips and inner dual round units, with the inner ones being high-beam lamps. On the bonnet lid, the lines start from the upper edges of the grille and run towards either corner of the windscreen, while the manufacturer emblem is seen on the centre.
The sides of the car are mostly dominated by smooth accent lines on the skirting area and below the waist line, with the upper ones reaching towards the rear end and passing through the painted door handles. On the glasshouse area, black trimming are seen around the windows and on the innermost pillars, while the wing mirrors are mounted over black supports and have a painted finish. The roofline is slightly curved towards the rear end and bears black strips beside the painted roof panel, followed by a sectioned spoiler with a third-brake lamp on the top area of the boot lid/compartment. A black central wiper can be seen on the lower edge of the rear window.
On the rear end, the centre of the boot lid/compartment bears the manufacturer emblem beneath the rear window and the number plate, while the outer sides have wide tail lamps, consisting of upper main and lower reverse units on the inner side, as well as upper brake and lower indicator units on the outer side. The rear bumper extends a bit further from the rest of the rear ovehang, having small grilles/vents on the outer edges and a black section at the bottom, with two mouldings for the twin-exit, twin exhaust tips.
The interior of the car appears to be similar to the Jugular and the Sugoi, being a four-door derivative of the one from the Nero, Nero Custom and XA-21. However, the dials are the same ones from cars like the FMJ and the Tempesta.
The primary colour is applied on the bodywork, while the secondary one is applied on the interior stitching. A trim colour is also available for most of the interior. It shares the same rim design with the Baller ST, itself being a variation on the ones from the Rebla GTS and the Landstalker XL, with the single spokes finished in chrome rather than black.

Performance[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The vehicle features an engine model similar to the Rebla GTS and the Cypher, coupled to an 8-speed gearbox in a front engine, all wheel drive layout, with equal torque distribution. It uses a high-revving sound similar to the Infernus, the Tropos Rallye, the Stromberg and the Toreador.

Trivia[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
- The CNT Racing livery resembles the BMW M1 Procar BASF livery by Profiart Design.
- This livery is also available for the Übermacht Sentinel XS.
- As with other Übermacht vehicles, the Rhinehart's name is a reference to The Matrix franchise, in this case being a reference to Mr. Rhineheart, the boss of MetaCortex where the protagonist Thomas Anderson (Neo) worked for.
Oversights[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
- The front right door moves at a slightly slower speed. This can be easily seen when opening all doors with the Interaction Menu.
- The Chrome Slanted Bore exhaust option is mislabelled with an incorrect material.
