The Regal appears to emulate a generic 1980s American sedan, although it does bear striking resemblance to a Volvo 740.

- It is available in Liberty City, San Andreas and Vice City. This is the starting vehicle in both Vice City chapters of the game. It is featured in two missions. In mission Bent Cop Blues - Phone 5, a rookie cop gets out of a Regal before he is murdered by the protagonist. In mission Bent Cop Blues - Phone 13, Dell from Internal Affairs is driving a Regal, and must be stopped before he arrives to the police station.
Rewards[]
- When exported in good condition, the Regal awards the player a base payment of $300 in Liberty City.
