Rats is a musical advertised in Grand Theft Auto III on the Liberty Tree website and is a parody of the musical Cats. The musical is being performed in Bedford Point, Staunton Island, Liberty City. Morgan Merryweather describes the musical as 'A lovable tale about the secret life of vermin'. [1]
