Randy Pearlstein
Randy Pearlstein (born April 21, 1971) is an American writing consultant, voice actor, script/story writer and actor who voiced Jack Howitzer in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and Grand Theft Auto V. He appeared in TV shows such as Michael & Michael Have Issues., Ugly Americans, The Wrong Coast, Chappelle's Show and Hardcore TV.
