Randy Pearlstein (born April 21, 1971) is an American writing consultant, actor, voice actor and script/story writer.
Career[]
Pearlstein appeared in TV shows such as Michael & Michael Have Issues, Ugly Americans, The Wrong Coast, Chappelle's Show and Hardcore TV.
He provided the voice of two different incarnations of Jack Howitzer's character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and Grand Theft Auto V.
