Sara - Second Encounter is a random character mission in Grand Theft Auto IV given to protagonist Niko Bellic by Sara from Pier 45 in Fishmarket South, Algonquin, Liberty City.
This mission is made available anytime after completing her first encounter.

Niko randomly encounters Sara in front of the Pier 45 shopping centre in Fishmarket South. Sara doesn't recall her previous encounter with Niko, and asks her to do her a favour by collecting a package from Marcus at the Perseus clothing store for a fashion shoot.
Arriving at Perseus, the shop assistant tells him that Niko needs to pay $500 for it – Sara didn't pay them in advance for the box. The player can pay the fee, scare the assistant into dropping the package, or kill him along with the security guard (triggering a two-star wanted level), then pick it up. Whether bought or stolen, the player must deliver the package to Sara back at Pier 45, and Sara will give Niko $1,000 for the favor, completing the mission.
