For other uses, see Ranch.
Ranch is a clothing retailer that appears in Grand Theft Auto IV, Episodes from Liberty City, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, Grand Theft Auto V, and Grand Theft Auto Online.
A rendition of the chain is also featured in the 3D Universe.
Description[]
Established in 1888, the chain's branding indicates a focus on Western-inspired clothing, particularly denim jeans, with numerous outlets spread throughout Liberty City, the State of Alderney, and Los Santos.
Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes from Liberty City[]
The brand is featured on the travel guide website Peep That Shit, under the "Street Fashion" shopping section.
In The Ballad of Gay Tony, Tony Prince resides in an apartment located above the Little Italy branch in Algonquin.
Grand Theft Auto V and Online[]
In Grand Theft Auto V, Franklin can buy and wear black Ranch jeans at accessible Suburban or Discount Store outlets. In Grand Theft Auto Online, the male[ref?] GTA Online Protagonist can also purchase baggy Ranch jeans and Ranch T-shirts[vague] at any accessible clothing store.
Influence[]
Ranch appears to be based on Levi Strauss & Co., known for its Levi's brand of denim jeans. The Designer Slave website in Grand Theft Auto IV seemingly reinforces this notion by stating "Ranch invented jeans, so they know what they are doing", given that Levi Strauss, the founder of Levi's, is credited with inventing denim jeans.

Trivia[]
- The company's slogan could be interpreted as a nod to "rodeo style", a sex position, exemplifying Rockstar's signature crude humor.
- The "Engineered Padding" advertisement in Grand Theft Auto IV prominently displays a noticeable crotch bulge in the featured jeans, serving as yet another example of Rockstar's crude humor.
