RamJam FM is a radio station appearing in the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition, and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City. The station plays Reggae music.

Description[]

The station is hosted by David Rodigan and is meant to replace Tuff Gong Radio and Massive B Soundsystem 96.9 in EFLC. The name of this radio station comes from Rodigan's nickname[1] "Ram Jam".

It is one of the favorite radio stations of Luis Lopez and the Yardies in EFLC. In GTA IV: The Complete Edition, Little Jacob also likes this station along with the previously existing Tuff Gong and Massive B.

Prominent Appearances in Gameplay[]

The station can be heard in the following locations:

Individual Tracks[]

  • "Anything Goes" by Major Lazer feat. Turbalance is featured in Luis Lopez's character trailer.

Gallery[]

There are no billboards for this station in the city but posters[4] can be seen exclusively in The Ballad of Gay Tony.

Trivia[]

  • RamJam FM is one of eight radio stations in Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes from Liberty City that doesn't play any commercials or news breaks, the others being Electro-Choc, The Beat 102.7, The Classics 104.1, Massive B Soundsystem 96.9, L.C.H.C. (EFLC only), Vladivostok FM (EFLC only) and San Juan Sounds (EFLC only).
  • In the PC version of GTA IV: The Complete Edition, Niko will ask taxi drivers to put on "the liberal station" when selecting this station. This appears to be due to a bug that scrambled all of the quotes for asking the taxi driver to put on a station, especially since there are no lines for Niko requesting RamJam FM, Vice City FM, or Self-Actualization FM.
  • In the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition, if the player pauses the game and goes to Audio, the station will appear as "RADIO 22", instead of the actual name like other stations. This also applies to Self-Actualization FM and Vice City FM.[5]
