The Raffles Fish Factory is a fish factory in Chinatown, Portland, Liberty City and appears in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The factory is run by the Triads in Portland, and consists of two buildings. A Triad Fish Van can be found at the factory, and a stairway to Kurowski Station is also on the grounds of the factory. The factory is not present in 1998 Liberty City (the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories). An adrenaline pill can also be found at the factory in GTA III.
The fish factory can be seen from far during the taxi cutscene in the mission Saint Mark's Bistro in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
