RS Haul Depot

The RS Haul Depot is a Triad front operated by Zhou Ming in Grand Theft Auto IV, Episodes from Liberty City and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. It is located in Fishmarket North, Algonquin, Liberty City.

Description[]

The depot consists of two warehouses located in Fishmarket North, Algonquin, to the north of Liberty Sanitation Depot.

In Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the two warehouses are merged into one. This is due to nearby Broker Bridge being placed on ground level in order to adapt the city to the 3D isometric perspective, forcing the Liberty Sanitation Depot under the bridge to be moved to the north, leaving no space for the second RS Haul warehouse at the depot. Regardless, the second warehouse is still seen in the background during cutscenes.

Triad Hellenbachs are seen parked around the depot in GTA Chinatown Wars.

Events of Grand Theft Auto IV[]

In 2008, Ray Boccino hires Patrick McReary to steal the drug shipment from the Triads that is being unloaded at Zhou Ming's warehouse. Niko Bellic assists him during this mission. The two oversee the shipment arriving at the warehouse and being loaded into a Yankee truck. A massive shootout between Packie, Niko and the Triads erupts at the depot, before the duo steals the truck full of meds for Ray Boccino.

Events of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars[]

In 2009, the depot is still being used as a front for smuggling by Zhou Ming's Triad. Huang works for undercover detective Wade Heston to find a rat within the Triads who's leading the Wonsu Nodong, the Korean gang responsible for the theft of the Yu Jian Sword. An FIB contact of Heston's tells him he'll give the name of the person who's selling out the Triads if they help him with a couple of legally "sensitive" jobs – one of them being sinking a shipment belonging to Zhou Ming. Reluctantly at first, Huang steals a Destroyer from an LCPD Dock and uses the boat's torpedoes to sink Zhou's boat. Zhou later tells Huang to meet him at his warehouse in Fishmarket North, where he hires him to retrieve the sunken shipment while avoiding the coast guard patrolling the Humboldt River, not knowing Huang was the one who sank his shipment. The sunken shipment is retrieved by Huang and delivered back to the depot.

It is unknown what happens to the depot after Zhou is killed and his Triad is wiped out by Huang under orders of his uncle Wu "Kenny" Lee as the new boss of the Liberty City Triads.
