Pulling Favors Again is a Strangers and Freaks side mission in Grand Theft Auto V given to protagonist Franklin Clinton by Tonya Wiggins. Completing this side mission contributes toward 100% completion.
Description[]
After completing Pulling Another Favor, Tonya will send Franklin a text asking him to call her so she can elaborate on her situation.
She tells him that JB has gone AWOL and that there are some unnamed people who might hurt him. She says that JB is "in deep" and that these people are calling all the time and might "cut" JB.
She lays a guilt trip on Franklin that she will starve if he does not help her and JB out by towing another car.
After collecting the tow truck from LSPD Auto Impound in Davis, the dispatcher will call advising of a code 10-33. Franklin responds to the call.
A blue dot will appear on the map signifying the location of the stalled car that needs a tow. The car is stranded on the train tracks that run across Chum Street on Elysian Island. As Franklin approaches, a red dot will appear denoting the Freight Train on the train tracks heading south from Dutch London Street towards the crossing.
The player needs to remove the stranded Benefactor Schwartzer from the tracks before the train arrives.
Wait for the owner, Phil, to enter the tow truck and then tow the car to Glass Heroes Auto Repairs just off of Power Street in Strawberry (a yellow dot and path will appear to assist they player). If the player drives too erratically or collides with too many obstacles, the car will become unhitched and they will have to hook it back up again.
Once at the repair shop, drive it onto the yellow marker, and follow the on-screen instructions to detach the vehicle. Phil will then exit the tow truck and the "Mission Passed" text will appear.

To complete this mission, the player must:
- Go to the tow truck.
- Go to the stalled car.
- Clear the stalled car before the train hits it.
- Allow the car owner to enter the tow truck.
- Hook the tow truck arm to the broken down car.
- Tow the car to the auto repair shop.
- Release the vehicle in the drop off zone.
